temporary lunacy...

I have actually already blogged about this memorable festive date on the calendar: on The Luminous Blog.

I would be remiss if I did not add some more on the subject, HERE - where it naturally belongs too!
Is it ***"temporary insanity"*** though, when someone insists upon lying and slandering others to cover one's own tracks? Going as far as falsifying documents to "prove" one's own rectitude in whatever point they are trying to make. Is that a mere instance of temporary insanity - or is it simply vanity and pride again? DEADLY Sins these are too... Calumniating another to make oneself look good or angelic is about as sad as it gets...! Many a politician will be found doing it routinely though! The layman (and laywoman) will do it as well, evidently... It is deplorable, to say the least, for the slandered party has oftentimes no invested interest in anything at all except to see the truth prevail. The slandered are not even implicated either in politics or in anything that the slanderer is into, oftentimes! On other occasions, of course, the calumniator is trampling all over his victim on his way to the top! Such is the Law in the corporate environment e.g. jungle... Now THAT sort of "temporary insanity" is called misguided excessive ambition!
In cases like these, one must stop and analyze the motivations behind each party that is involved. Ambition is a motor for behavior that oversteps boundaries. Fear is another - some people will do ANYTHING not to lose what they have. Covering up one's tracks -even if at the expense of another's reputation or well-being- seems as of little consequence in these cases... (for the unscrupulous and the desperate, that is!)
Mayhaps to label these sad examples mere victims of "temporary insanity" is actually too nice a gesture. They'd be better off with other, ah, shall we say titles bestowed upon them, hmm? After all, a lack of scruples in this civilized world of ours is less than genteel behaviour... It warrants lambasting and not the legal mercy shown in those courts of injustice and flawed human law to actual true instances of temporary insanity!
Yes - that one's for you, Thurisa Quinn and your boytoy, The Trite One.

I give you guys six months...

3 years. Obviously you aren't the prophet you think you are.

That would be how long it took you to weed through all the instances where your name pops up on the web - and uncover this instance right here?

I doubt it!

I see - three years of "it's on-it's off-on again-off again-on again-off for good" - right?

Such a term means nothing - especially in the land that gave Dubya TWO terms...

You will never equal the longevity displayed by me-myself-and-I with my inamorata: give it up already!

Nota Bene: I never knew the name of the Trite One; thus, I nicknamed with something that was fitting.

Oh, and I realize now why education is so poor, across the aforementioned land...

My condolences, all-throughout.

The preceding post was *not* about my latent prophetic powers; once again, you're off-topic, I see...
