They dared - DARED - repossess his prized valuable art after the most devastating and rife with casualties world conflict (so far) and now this travesty-of-justice-court-of-alleged-law (in Germany to boot!) DENIES the heirs of dear Herr Doktor Schuster what is rightfully theirs?

Nazi doctor's family denied compensation
LEIPZIG, Germany, Dec. 18 (UPI) --
A German court has refused to compensate the family of a Nazi doctor for valuable artwork taken from him after World War II.
The top administrative court in Leipzig ruled against the family of Gustav Schuster, creating new obstacles for thousands of other relatives of Nazis who have begun seeking the return of treasures raided by Soviet soldiers, The Times of London reported Monday.
Lawyers for the family had argued Schuster, a gynecologist who headed the Chemnitz women's clinic during the Nazi regime and served as a senior member of the National Socialist Doctors' Association, was only one of 14,427 Germans who served in senior Nazi posts at a local level, and therefore was only liable for 0.006 percent of Nazi crimes.
However, the court found Schuster had spread National Socialist ideology and was a high enough Nazi official that his family had no claim on compensation for the artwork taken from him, which included paintings by Max Liebermann, Adrian Ludwig Richter and Max Klinger.
